Engage with clients as necessary to interpret their needs and represent them in the field. Conduct quality control assessments of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and provide regular project status reports. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members while liaising with various stakeholders. Manage the design, development, and maintenance of construction projects, ensuring safety, timeliness, and sustainability. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.). Evaluate potential risks, materials, and costs associated with projects. Participate in planning meetings as required.
