Current scheduling needs include: Three weekdays: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Starting pay is $21.00 per hour. Weekend hours receive a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Main responsibilities Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous technical support that meets established service standards. Explain technical concepts in clear terms for users with varying technology backgrounds. Maintain professionalism, patience, and persistence when solving customer problems. What You’ll Do Provide therapeutic support to adults facing stress, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. Utilize short-term, evidence-based methodologies like CBT and DBT. Deliver culturally responsive therapy. Conduct sessions virtually and/or in-person (an office space for in-person sessions is required). Qualifications for Group Practices Must have at least three fully licensed clinicians interested in joining Octave. Required to have your own office space and be prepared to offer in-person services within the specified markets. All clinicians must be fully licensed (associate or intern level providers are not eligible). Must possess a Florida license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD). Must be in good standing with your regulatory licensing board. At least one year of post-licensure experience (two or more years preferred). Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar is essential. Certain payer relationships may disqualify you from employment. Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
