Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in life sciences and a passion for helping customers unlock the full potential of their Veeva solutions.In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with customers, serving as a trusted advisor for their CRM initiatives. You will build and maintain robust customer relationships, understand their success criteria, and guide them in implementing best practices to meet their business objectives with our CRM suite. Your responsibilities will also include identifying improvement opportunities, driving solution usage, and ensuring customers derive maximum value from their investment. Furthermore, you will monitor and track feature enhancements necessary for the Japanese market, working alongside the Product Management team to relay customer feedback.This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Japan office. As a highly customer-focused role, you will primarily work from the Japan office but should be prepared to travel to customer locations within Japan as required.
