Renewal by Andersen, the window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is hiring a Regional Sales Consultant (Design Consultant) to serve the Greater Toronto and South West Ontario region. This is a full-time, commission-based position with paid training. Since 1903, the company has focused on quality home improvement, emphasizing craftsmanship, innovation, and service for homeowners.
What you will do
- Travel from your home to company-generated, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners. No cold calling is required.
- Lead in-home consultations and product demonstrations, providing tailored quotes based on each client’s needs.
- Use a proven, value-focused sales process to build trust and, when possible, close sales during the first visit.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to keep skills sharp and stay current.
- Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism and uphold high standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in premium services or high-value transactions.
- Strong communication skills and experience with same-day sales closing cycles.
- Openness to learning and using a structured sales approach.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials.
- Comfort using technology, including an iPad.
Compensation and benefits
- Uncapped commission structure, with potential earnings between $150,000 and $300,000 or more.
