Role overview
The Customer Service Delivery Advocate will be the first in-person point of contact at Clutch’s new retail location in Bayshore Mall, Ottawa. Since the car-buying process is fully online, this position plays a key role in welcoming customers who are picking up or selling their vehicles. The goal is to create a positive, memorable experience for every visitor and help ensure smooth daily operations at the facility.
What you will do
- Deliver a standout experience to every customer visiting the location.
- Use strong customer service skills to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction during appointments.
- Inspect vehicles carefully, checking both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to spot any potential concerns and maintain high service standards.
- Accurately complete paperwork and keep thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist with various tasks as needed.
