We are excited to welcome a Part-Time Resident Experience Ambassador to our vibrant team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging social activities, games, arts and crafts, cooking sessions, movies, outings, and outdoor time in accordance with the scheduled activities.
- Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to introduce innovative ideas and encourage resident suggestions to enhance our monthly programming.
- Assist in customizing the Resident Experience plan tailored to each resident's needs.
- Ensure all residents receive the monthly activity calendar.
- Foster a welcoming environment by inviting and encouraging resident participation at their comfort level.
- Support residents in attending activities by providing necessary transportation.
- Utilize Lifeloop technology to document attendance for all activities and individual interactions.
- Identify and communicate any personal, emotional, cognitive, or environmental concerns affecting residents’ ability to engage in activities to the Resident Experience Director.
- Maintain a strong customer focus, treating every individual with respect and integrity.
- May operate the company vehicle as needed for community activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
