Your primary responsibilities will include gathering essential loan documentation, conducting thorough pre-reviews to ensure completeness, and submitting files to Underwriting efficiently. You will also review approval conditions for accuracy and clear them as necessary, ensuring a smooth and timely process.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the processing of loan applications from submission to underwriting and final closing.Maintain regular communication with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMCs, and title companies.Organize, upload, and label file documentation into our loan imaging system.Analyze credit reports, income statements, tax returns, asset documents, and payment histories.Clear loan conditions to secure final loan approval.Perform additional mortgage-related tasks as assigned by management.Uphold confidentiality standards for all client files.Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing deadlines under pressure.Exhibit professionalism in all interactions with colleagues, management, and customers.Work collaboratively within a team or independently as needed.Deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skills.
