Our aim is to be the leading home services platform in every market we serve. You will help Taskers achieve their tasking goals using the TaskRabbit platform. Your responsibilities will include onboarding Taskers seamlessly, nurturing their growth, ensuring optimal utilization and retention, and boosting satisfaction with the platform. We take a proactive approach, anticipating the needs of Taskers before they arise. This local-level support leads to higher quality, greater retention, and increased satisfaction among Taskers. Your efforts will directly support our managed marketplace strategy, ensuring that every job is executed to the highest standard, encouraging both Taskers and clients to return for more.You will oversee specific metropolitan areas, driving key performance metrics and aligning supply in those regions, ultimately resulting in increased invoices and revenue. As the face of TaskRabbit in your area, you will be recognized as a regional expert within our organization.
