We are seeking a Bilingual Strategic Account Executive to enhance our sales team in Paris. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead our growth efforts in France, focusing on generating revenue through the identification, pursuit, and successful closure of strategic deals with high-value clients in the hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a direct sales environment.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, comprehensively understanding the complex business needs of potential clients and offering tailored solutions that effectively resonate and convert.

Your Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and qualify high-potential new clients within the hospitality sector, showcasing how Lightspeed's platform can enhance their operations and elevate guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire key hospitality accounts, emphasizing the advantages of our integrated POS, online ordering, and inventory management solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, illustrating the future-proof capabilities of the Lightspeed K platform for restaurants, bars, and hotels.
Direct Sales and Closing:
- Conduct product demonstrations that illustrate how Lightspeed empowers hospitality businesses to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure, highlighting the value of Lightspeed's integrated payments and operational efficiencies.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new customer acquisition, promoting the adoption of Lightspeed's transformative technology in the hospitality sector.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with owners, managers, and key decision-makers at prospective hospitality clients, recognizing their specific needs and positioning Lightspeed as the preferred solution.
- Understand potential clients' business goals and challenges, aligning our solutions to effectively address their requirements.
