What you will do Modify service days in the TamTam tool to match operational needs. Adjust crew assignments on the day of operation to balance workloads across France. Arrange transport and accommodation for operational staff and trainers. Manage orders for crew services within the French establishment. Notify agents of last-minute changes (less than one month in advance). Control and validate staff clock-ins and attendance. Ensure TamTam records are accurate based on end-of-shift updates from Eurostar Continental Co. or agents. Display urgent notices during CPC operating hours. Update the command office's position records. Oversee distribution and return of emergency pouches and replacement tools (such as keys, tablets, smartphones). Relay personnel requests to the CPC supervisor when needed, including vacation requests. Liaise with Eurostar Continental Co. during production crises to arrange additional resources. Work with the CPC supervisor on absence requests and usage (such as training, medical visits, or employee representation). Assist with controlling travel expense billing for Train Managers and Train Drivers. Contribute to performance indicators relevant to the command office. Print and provide ARTICS forms for French Train Drivers. Team and impact This role works closely with operational supervisors and crew, ensuring that all staff have the information and resources they need for each shift. The PCO helps maintain smooth operations and supports both internal teams and external customers through proactive planning and clear communication.
