Additionally, you will collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to guide investment decisions and planning cycles, ensuring that every strategic decision is aligned with marketplace realities.Main Responsibilities:Own pricing strategies across the city portfolio, ensuring every decision is data-driven and contextually relevant. Collaborate closely with Product and Analytics teams to translate pricing logic into operational success.Act as a strategic partner for local Profit & Loss (P&L) owners, helping them navigate marketplace dynamics, challenge underperformance, and make informed decisions. Maintain a strong and consistent value proposition across all cities.Develop and uphold a structured competitive intelligence framework: systematically track competitor activities, publish insightful market analyses, and provide actionable recommendations for pricing strategies that keep Bolt ahead.Engage regularly with drivers, fleet partners, and hubs to ground decisions in real marketplace dynamics. Utilize field insights to challenge assumptions and enhance competitive intelligence.Support new city launches by establishing operational and analytical foundations, ensuring a compelling value proposition from day one and facilitating a seamless transition to local P&L owners.
