About the Role
LUCAS CARTON, part of Relais & Châteaux, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef Pâtissier or Chef de Partie to join the pastry team in Paris. This position supports the creation of refined pastries and desserts, working closely with a team known for both skill and creativity.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and assemble high-quality pastries and desserts for service
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop and refine recipes
- Maintain high standards of presentation and consistency
- Support daily kitchen operations and uphold hygiene standards
What We Look For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef Pâtissier or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
