Mission
As the Director of Product (Puzzle Games), you will spearhead the product strategy for Homa’s Puzzle division, focusing on enhancing our games through improved retention, engagement, and monetization. You will collaborate closely with Game Directors, User Acquisition/Marketing, Data Analysis, Design, and Technology teams to drive the product roadmap and achieve results. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to oversee a comprehensive division scope, shape the future of Homa’s Puzzle portfolio, and develop games that millions of players will engage with daily.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the Puzzle division product strategy and roadmap - Ensure alignment with business goals and player needs.
- Leadership of the Product team - Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering effective collaboration.
- Execution across the entire game lifecycle - Manage processes from soft launch to live operations.
- Data-driven performance enhancement - Optimize player progression, game difficulty, retention, and monetization strategies.
- Collaboration with User Acquisition/Marketing - Synchronize product updates with growth and profitability objectives.
