You will spearhead the creative vision and strategic direction for our entire range of games and apps—spotting trends, influencing creative decisions, and converting exceptional mobile products into global successes. Your key responsibility will be to translate strategic insights into concise, actionable creative briefs based on thorough benchmarking and ideation, empowering Creative Leads and Producers to deliver with clarity and impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and oversee the creative vision and strategy for each game/app in collaboration with Creative Leads.Create structured, insight-based creative briefs utilizing benchmark analysis, market intelligence, and strategic ideation frameworks.Establish guidelines, priorities, and execution standards for production on a weekly basis.Conduct comprehensive benchmarking by utilizing internal tools and third-party platforms (e.g., MarketIQ, Apptica, Data.ai) to identify high-performing creative trends.Analyze and deconstruct leading competitor creatives, providing actionable insights and storytelling techniques to guide ideation.Benchmark across various mobile game genres (e.g., Match-3, Hypercasual, Hybridcasual) and applications (e.g., Blitz, Wizz, WeMoms, and upcoming products).Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Producers, and the Data Team to ensure effective implementation of benchmarks.
