Collaborate closely with sales, pricing, and product teams to align legal risk with business objectives and ensure compliance requirements are met.Government Procurement & Compliance: Offer guidance on procurement regulations affecting public sector sales, including EU Directives and various international procurement frameworks.Data Protection & Cybersecurity: Ensure compliance with international data privacy and cybersecurity laws and standards relevant to government and public sector cloud services.Regulatory & Policy Coordination: Work alongside policy and compliance teams to monitor changes in international laws and policies that impact cloud and AI integration in the public sector, advising internal teams on associated risks and opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, compliance, security, engineering, and policy teams to facilitate successful market entry and operational execution across multiple international jurisdictions.Dispute Resolution & Risk Management: Assist with bid protests, contract disputes, and other legal matters related to the public sector, coordinating efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
