The RoleThe City Lead oversees the daily operations of a small depot, personally executing and coordinating all workflows due to the limited size of the team and the absence of specialized units (Service, RV Sales, Support).This role is 70 to 80% hands-on, ensuring smooth operational flow, robust customer service, accurate documentation, and reliable fleet availability.Additionally, the Junior City Lead reports to the District Manager and is responsible for cost control within the depot, including efficient use of consumables, prevention of unnecessary expenses, minimization of rework, and disciplined management of operational expenditures.
