About the Role:
As the Partner Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and generating partner-sourced revenue for AvePoint. You will onboard new partners and cultivate existing relationships to drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Your success will be primarily measured by the revenue generated from partners and the recruitment of new partners, targeting a diverse range of partners including systems integrators, managed service providers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit managed service providers (MSPs) to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue for AvePoint.
- Ensure effective certification and enablement of partners to scale operations in the region.
- Operationalize unique partner models and go-to-market strategies.
- Deliver exceptional partner account management focusing on sales and service excellence.
- Act as an evangelist within your partner ecosystem and territory.
