In collaboration with internal and external teams in science, engineering, and product management, you will deliver high-impact AI solutions that drive results.Key Responsibilities• Execute pre-training, post-training, and deployment of state-of-the-art models using clusters equipped with thousands of GPUs, approaching challenges like OOM errors or NCCL issues with confidence.• Generate and curate data for pre-training and post-training phases, conducting evaluations to ensure model performance consistently exceeds expectations.• Create essential tools and frameworks to streamline data generation, model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex use cases utilizing agents and RAG pipelines.• Oversee research projects and maintain effective communication with client research teams.Qualifications• Proficient in English with outstanding communication skills, able to demystify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.• Expertise in PyTorch or JAX is essential.• Comfortable contributing to large codebases and capable of navigating independently with minimal guidance.• A strong analytical mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
