Role overview
Doctolib is expanding its Partnerships strategy within the Commercial Division, focusing on Affiliate Partnerships. This segment targets several verticals, including manufacturers and distributors of medical equipment, real estate, training providers, and groups of employed healthcare professionals. The goal is ambitious: reach €1.4M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by 2026, which represents a 367% increase over 2025. Each vertical offers unique market dynamics and partnership opportunities.
The Senior Manager of Affiliate Partnerships leads a growing team of Partner Managers, starting with three and aiming to expand to five. The role is hands-on, with evolving processes and playbooks. Based in Paris, this position reports to the Director of Partnerships and works closely with the France Marketing team, especially on partner activation plans. As part of the Partnerships leadership team in France, this person shapes both strategy and day-to-day execution.
Main responsibilities
Driving affiliate performance
- Deliver and exceed monthly and annual MRR targets for the Affiliate department.
- Track and analyze team KPIs, such as leads generated, conversion rates, and MRR by cluster.
- Identify top growth levers and allocate resources to maximize results.
Defining and executing affiliate strategy
- Set the cluster strategy based on revenue potential, prioritizing verticals like manufacturers and distributors, real estate, and training.
- Identify and recruit new strategic partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and launch marketing and field initiatives that strengthen partnerships.
- Monitor the market and competition to spot new verticals or partner types for activation.
- Translate market insights into concrete actions.
- Promote a culture focused on performance, results, and team autonomy.
Managing and developing the team
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Managers, each specializing by cluster, with a target of growing to five managers.
