About the Role
The Team Leader of Technical Account Management (TAM) for France will oversee a dedicated team within Veeam’s EMEA Professional Services division. This crucial role is focused on enhancing customer success, optimizing team performance, and driving strategic growth in the French market. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, exceptional customer engagement abilities, and a strong commitment to mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.
- Serve as a senior advisor and escalation contact for strategic enterprise and government accounts in France.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement and value realization.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align TAM services with business objectives.
- Engage in EMEA leadership forums to contribute to the development and standardization of best practices.
- Track team performance metrics and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Represent the French region in EMEA Professional Services strategy discussions to ensure local requirements are met.
- Support business development by identifying growth opportunities and influencing account strategies.
- Assist in strategic planning and execution of regional goals, including forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Prepare for future P&L accountability by aligning team performance with revenue targets and optimizing delivery capacity.
