As an Account Manager at Branders.com, you will be the primary liaison for our valued clients, taking charge of sales and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of orders, achieving 100% customer satisfaction, and significantly contributing to our company's sales objectives. Your success will be evaluated based on your impact on revenue, quality of customer service, and consistent achievement of your sales targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing expert guidance on purchases
- Maintain and update customer and prospect information within our database
- Proactively pursue both existing and new leads
- Assist clients in product selection, generate quotes, process orders, and collaborate with suppliers to confirm order details
- Manage the order fulfillment process, providing clients with updates on production, shipping, and credits
- Build and maintain key client relationships to maximize business opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction from initial contact through to after-sales support
