About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in advancing Hive’s mission to enhance healthcare access for more Filipinos. Your primary focus will be to identify growth opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to expand our reach. As one of the initial members of our team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to continually improve user experiences and implement leading strategies that facilitate exceptional healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account closure for SME clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners to increase our SME outreach.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Hive’s offerings and the competitive landscape of health plans.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and industry research to ensure Hive remains a top contender.
- Gather and integrate customer feedback into product development initiatives.
- Contribute to brand development activities and networking events.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure an outstanding user experience.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for relationship building.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and customer needs.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not mandatory.
