The HVAC Manager builds and maintains professional relationships with government contacts, subcontractors, and facility tenants, while directly supervising HVAC shop staff. What You Will Do Lead and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for HVAC systems across the facility. Assign work, set priorities, and schedule tasks for HVAC team members. Assess employee performance by reviewing completed assignments. Identify and procure materials, equipment, and supplies needed for operations. Reallocate personnel and equipment between projects as necessary. Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining procurement records.
