Preferred Qualifications• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, including problem identification, architecture, design, and process detailing.• A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one of the following product suites: Sterling Integrator 5.x, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Control Center, Sterling Secure Proxy, Sterling External Authentication Server, Sterling Configuration Manager, Connect:Direct, GXS Application Integrator, TrustedLink Enterprise, BizManager, BizLink, BizConnect, Axway B2Bi 1.5 and above, Sentinel, Secure Transport, API Gateway.• At least 5 years of experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.• Proven ability to collaborate in a diverse and multi-stakeholder environment.• Relevant industry experience in Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Logistics, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Banking and Financial Services.• Strong analytical and communication skills.• Experience and willingness to work in a global delivery environment.• Previous experience with ConAgra is a plus.• Strong project and talent management capabilities.This role requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication via telephone, email, or in-person is essential. Some travel may be necessary based on job requirements.
