Report any suspected damages to the Material Specialist and Quality Management Lab team.• Organize and store incoming raw materials in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).• Ensure timely issuance of raw materials as per production requests.• Load export goods and returnable items as per schedule.• Utilize a barcode scanner to ensure accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing goods.• Operate forklifts safely, adhering to all safety SOP guidelines.• Monitor forklift maintenance and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.Warehouse Operations:• Follow storage processes according to SOPs.• Prepare and deliver raw materials to production promptly as per reservation orders.• Monitor material levels to prevent shortages and report to the Material Specialist when stock reaches minimum levels.• Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure stock quantities are accurate in the SAP system and align with bin management data.• Organize recycle pallets, return spools, and metal pellets for easy retrieval.• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, supporting all 5S activities.• Comply with OHSAS 18001 and TS16949 standards, as outlined in the Safety & Environment Management System Manuals & Procedures.Administrative Duties:• Assist with clerical tasks, including documenting receipts and issuances, processing documents in the SAP system, and managing filing tasks.• Perform daily inspections in line with LPA requirements.• Support annual stock-taking activities.• Manage returnable items and issue Goods Outward Dockets (GOD).• Ensure the CMS warehouse is securely locked during non-operation hours.• Ensure all goods are correctly labeled as per procedures.• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.This role is set to be filled by January 2026 to facilitate training and role overlap.
