You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive test plans aimed at delivering high-quality software solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute formal test strategies to guarantee the quality of software applications.Engage in test planning, writing detailed test cases/scripts, and automating test processes.Define and monitor quality assurance metrics including defects, defect counts, and overall test results.Analyze data to evaluate software processes and recommend improvements to enhance business operations.Document issues thoroughly and assist in their resolution.Provide quality process training to technical teams and serve as an internal quality consultant.Conduct quality audits across IT functions to ensure compliance with established standards and methodologies.
