Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to energizing conservative voters to influence elections and advocate for conservative values. Our mission includes registering voters and fostering grassroots activism by recruiting Precinct Committeemen and advocating for election integrity.
Job Overview: Turning Point Action seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Administrator to play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of initiatives focused on voter engagement, grassroots outreach, and event logistics. This role involves operational support for our specialist teams across outreach, communications, and digital projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the availability of necessary resources and materials for voter engagement events, collaborating with leadership to meet project timelines, and staying informed on political and cultural trends that impact voter behavior. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Get Out The Vote (GOTV) events and voter outreach campaigns.
- Provide logistical and administrative support across various departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with management to identify and meet the needs for voter engagement initiatives and political efforts.
- Maintain organized records, documents, and planning materials pertinent to events and projects.
- Stay informed about current trends in grassroots activism and digital mobilization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
- A genuine passion for conservative principles and values.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in grassroots organizing, voter outreach, or political event coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of party politics and a comprehensive understanding of political landscapes.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills tailored to political audiences.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, campaign-style work environment with shifting priorities.
