Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative ideas and create mathematical and statistical models to optimize the performance of digital platforms;
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing;
- Analyze various metrics related to websites, campaigns, and digital platforms;
- Prepare comprehensive reports, interpret results, and suggest actionable improvements;
- Assist in the configuration of Web Analytics and Business Intelligence tools.
Required Profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or related fields (minimum of 4th semester);
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
- Strong analytical skills with strategic reasoning;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
