Position Overview
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) plays a pivotal role in the successful launch of our solutions in new hospitals and fostering organic growth within our existing hospital base. This individual will also provide ongoing medical education to physicians and clinical staff, leveraging clinical insights as a catalyst for growth.
This position requires the candidate to be located within the region; remote applicants will not be considered. The role entails approximately 60% travel (3 days per week).
What You'll Do
Driving New and Organic Growth
- Expand the use of Ceribell solutions to additional acute or critical care centers within our current customer base.
- Collaborate with the local Territory Manager to introduce Ceribell at new customer sites.
- Facilitate the introduction of new products and technology for existing customers.
- Cultivate advocacy and champions within facilities, utilizing hospital data to substantiate interest.
- Develop a robust lead funnel within the existing install base, engaging in activities such as formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, new physician training, and driving physician education initiatives.
- Oversee upgrades and departmental expansion within the existing install base.
- Exhibit strong project management skills to support new account launches.
