Your Responsibilities Develop a compelling product strategy for our web properties and customer platform, simplifying complex scientific purchasing journeys into user-friendly, self-service experiences that drive new lead acquisition and streamline re-ordering for returning researchers. Oversee our MarTech ecosystem. Conduct a strategic review of our current technology stack, establishing strong operational governance and ensuring seamless data flow between our web frontend, marketing automation, and CRM tools. Leverage data as your creative strength. Utilize web analytics, qualitative insights, and quantitative metrics to validate ambitious ideas, optimize conversion funnels, and secure high-quality marketing intelligence. Define the attribution and routing logic that connects web interactions to sales opportunities using your extensive expertise. Engage deeply with commercial leadership and engineering, translating intricate business objectives into clear requirements.
