Proficient in Figma and familiar with Figma UI Kits, while adhering to established pattern libraries and frameworks. Ability to discuss technical constraints and trade-offs effectively with engineering teams. Deep interest in working on feature-level design for the Dashboards application; open to exploring multiple solutions for a single problem. Appreciation for data visualization and eagerness to learn about design aesthetics specific to dashboards. Knowledge of localization (L10N) and internationalization (I18N) is a plus. Strong expertise in accessibility (WCAG 2.0/Section 508 Compliance) and a proven record of working with developers to resolve accessibility challenges.
