Our diverse portfolio includes Data & AI platforms, enterprise integration, cloud-native applications, and digital transformation projects for prominent organizations in both the private and public sectors.We are currently seeking a highly motivated Public Tender Specialist to enhance our internal Bidding team.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough research and monitor published tenders pertinent to our services, communicating relevant opportunities to interested parties.Identify necessary administrative requirements and schedule actions accordingly.Gather and prepare administrative documentation (including financial and legal certificates) in collaboration with internal departments.Ensure all bid documents and collateral are compliant and consistent with bid requirements.Provide advanced administrative support services, including proposal sampling, problem-solving, correspondence review, and information research.Maintain and update a database of project references, CVs, and supporting documents.Process, review, and manage correspondence regarding all supporting documents required for public tenders, preparing both physical and electronic tender submissions with valid signatures, and uploading them to relevant platforms (such as ESIDIS, CosmoOne, EU Tenders Portal).Submit proposals and organize necessary post-contract documentation.Maintain the department's files, archives, and records.Qualifications:A University Degree or MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Social Studies, or Information Technology.Proven knowledge and experience in public procurement and administrative law (e.g., Law 4412/2016), tender bid management processes, and familiarity with the ESIDIS platform.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Public Tenders/Procurement) within Professional Services, Technology, or other service-related industries.Exceptional English communication skills.Proficient in MS Office.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills, coupled with a proactive and approachable attitude.Team-oriented, flexible, and service-oriented.
