Role overview
This HR Generalist role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The position covers the full employee lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact for HR matters for both managers and staff. The role involves guiding HR processes, coordinating payroll, supporting employee relations, and handling day-to-day HR administration. Maintaining compliant and efficient HR operations is central to this position.
Main responsibilities
- Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related questions.
- Oversee recruitment administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and update employment contracts, official letters, and job descriptions.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records within HRIS systems.
- Monitor inductions, probation reviews, employee changes, and other key lifecycle events.
