About the Role
The Marketing Officer plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving marketing strategies for the diverse brands under the Fredley Group of Companies. This position is essential for enhancing brand visibility, executing promotions, managing digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Campaign Support: Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives across all Fredley brands.
Coordinate marketing activities for store openings, new product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Track campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Aid in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and user engagement.
Collaborate with creatives, agencies, and influencers to enhance digital marketing activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Brand & Collateral Management: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, menus, and in-store collateral.
Coordinate with suppliers and printers to ensure timely production of marketing assets.
Ensure prompt delivery of marketing materials to stores and branches.
Coordination & Administrative Support: Work closely with operations, sales, and store teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with operational needs.
Assist in managing marketing calendars and documentation.
Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and other marketing-related administrative tasks.
Market & Competitor Monitoring: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback from various platforms.
