Role Overview
The Remote Technical Support Specialist will join the systems team to support daily IT operations. This role involves close collaboration with technicians, following instructions provided via chat and ticketing systems to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 environments, including SharePoint, Exchange, and tenant administration
- Handle user lifecycle management tasks:
- Create and delete user accounts
- Reset passwords
- Assign or remove licenses
- Configure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Block or unblock user sign-ins
- Manage shared mailboxes and distribution lists
- Grant or revoke mailbox permissions and delegations
