We are a diverse team of over 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, fostering a multicultural startup culture where innovation and continuous learning thrive to create high-value solutions for our clients.We are currently seeking a QA Lead to join our dynamic team.Main Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).Implement automation frameworks using Cypress, Serenity, and Appium.Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure software quality.Collaborate with development teams in agile environments to ensure high-quality deliverables.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Manage and track testing activities using Jira and Azure DevOps.Document test cases, results, and findings in a clear and structured manner.Support load and performance testing (when applicable).Work with cloud services (AWS) to support testing environments.

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with proven experience in software automated testing. This position is hybrid or on-site in Quito, Ecuador.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate software functionalities.Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.Document and report defects clearly and precisely.Participate in defining testing strategies.Execute tests in environments with complex data models.Develop and maintain test scripts.Validate data quality and functionality in SQL and NoSQL databases.Utilize automation tools such as Cypress, Karate, Serenity, K6, among others.Support continuous improvement of testing processes.

Role overview The Senior QA Automation Engineer will support a complex banking project, focusing on building and maintaining automation frameworks. The role covers both functional and non-functional testing, emphasizing behavior-driven development (BDD), CI/CD integration, and ongoing quality improvements. Collaboration with team members is central to this position. What you will do Design and implement comprehensive automation strategies for banking systems Create and maintain automated test scripts Run and interpret results from functional and non-functional test suites Use BDD methodologies and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Work with cross-functional teams to uphold consistent quality standards Location and work arrangement This position is based in Quito, Ecuador, with a hybrid work setup.
