Your Role on This Journey
Your mission will be to ensure a swift and effective experience for candidates and leaders, helping us attract talent that aligns with our culture and strategic goals.
Your Key Challenges
Operational Management of Recruitment
Post job openings on job boards and professional networks.
Screen and pre-select candidates according to defined profiles.
Coordinate interviews and psychometric tests.
Keep the candidate database and progress reports up to date.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Assist leaders in defining profiles and competencies.
Provide support to candidates throughout the process.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
Process Optimization
Propose enhancements to selection tools and workflows.
Engage in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction efforts.
What We Seek in You
A background in Organizational Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes for technology profiles (mandatory).
Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals.
Intermediate level of English (desirable).
A proactive, curious attitude with a desire to learn .
