Education: Technical High School Diploma in IT or currently pursuing a degree in Systems Engineering.
Your mission at Kruger will be:
Provide efficient and timely technical support to organizational users.
Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, networks, software, and systems.
Manage the delivery and receipt of work equipment according to company standards.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and collaboration tools.
Manage the inventory of technological assets assigned to users and departments.
Configure institutional accounts, emails, and access to platforms and networks.
Assist with technological logistics at events (training, forums, presentations).
Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with external providers regarding warranties and outsourced services.
Support in backup management and data recovery.
