Role overview
This Creative Director position is remote and based in Quito, Ecuador. The role involves shaping and carrying out the brand’s creative vision, translating the founder’s ideas into assets for packaging, digital marketing, and other channels. The work blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in creative projects.
What you will do
- Define and uphold the creative vision for the brand across all platforms, maintaining consistent quality.
- Mentor and support a team that includes designers, render artists, and other creative professionals, fostering collaboration and development.
- Oversee the production of packaging, digital assets, and marketing materials to ensure alignment with the brand identity and business goals.
- Evaluate creative work for production readiness and detail.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to meet business objectives and deliver strong creative outcomes.
- Lead creative campaigns on channels such as TikTok and Meta, focusing on testing and improving performance.
- Maintain and refine design systems and the visual identity to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Take part in hands-on creative execution when needed.
- Streamline internal creative workflows to increase efficiency and reduce dependence on external agencies.
