Join the culinary team at Fairmont La Marina Rabat Salé as a Demi Chef de Partie Cuisine. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Chef de Partie and be responsible for various essential tasks to maintain the high standards of our kitchen.Your Responsibilities:Efficiently manage resources to minimize waste and ensure the best use of ingredients and equipment.Uphold and enforce hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen operations.Implement and adhere to work procedures and technical sheets pertaining to your section.Step into lower positions within your section as needed to support the team.Receive and verify the quality of incoming goods for your section.Monitor expiration dates and ensure the quality of products and goods in your area.Maintain cleanliness and order in the refrigerated storage areas and throughout the kitchen.Assist in plating dishes for service.Participate in the cleaning of equipment and tools used in your section and the kitchen overall.Collaborate with your Sous-Chef to prepare inventory orders.Provide detailed and accurate reports and recommendations regarding your section for daily operations.
