Managing Level 2 functional incidents and providing operational support.
Ensuring the availability and continuity of communication services.
Participating in evolution and transformation projects related to collaborative solutions.
Implementing tracking tools, reporting, and documentation for efficient operations.
Your relational environment will involve:
Internal IT and Service Delivery teams.
Business teams utilizing telephony and collaborative services.
International partners and teams.
