Relay Network is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to work with healthcare clients from its Radnor, PA office. The position focuses on developing lasting partnerships with healthcare organizations and ensuring they get the most value from Relay Network’s solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector Oversee and expand important client accounts Lead projects that encourage the adoption of Relay Network’s offerings Assist healthcare organizations as they work to improve patient engagement and make their operations more efficient Working with Healthcare Partners This role emphasizes supporting healthcare clients as they use Relay Network’s tools to solve challenges in patient engagement and daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and present comprehensive financial and operational reports to various management levels. Execute the monthly closing process, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Deliver insightful analysis related to the Mutual Fund balance sheet to management. Establish and nurture relationships with clients and business partners to facilitate effective information exchange. Design and enhance business metrics that promote operational efficiency and profitability. Conduct ad-hoc financial research and analysis to support management decisions. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions.
