Key Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, outlining necessary resources and budgets.
· Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within established parameters.
· Continuously monitor project progress, addressing risks and issues proactively to meet key milestones.
· Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to identify project dependencies and promote effective communication.
· Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and alignment.
· Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, charters, risk logs, and status reports.
· Adhere to project management methodologies and standards, including PMI’s PMBOK guidelines.
· Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
