The Associate Director at AoPS Academy's Redmond campus plays a pivotal role in overseeing the campus's administrative and logistical operations. This position involves teaching engaging weekly classes in mathematics and language arts, as well as collaborating with the Campus Director to recruit and train part-time staff and instructors. This is a full-time, year-round position that encompasses both the academic year and summer sessions. If you are eager to expand your management and leadership experience, possess a strong foundation in Math and Language Arts, and excel in classroom management, this position might be the perfect fit for you. We seek a candidate with outstanding communication skills and an intuitive approach to education, capable of delivering our advanced curriculum while also mentoring and collaborating with fellow educators.
