The Associate Director at AoPS Academy's Redmond campus plays a pivotal role in overseeing the campus's administrative and logistical operations. This position involves teaching engaging weekly classes in mathematics and language arts, as well as collaborating with the Campus Director to recruit and train part-time staff and instructors. This is a full-time, year-round position that encompasses both the academic year and summer sessions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the AoPS curriculum in dynamic, interactive classes, fostering student engagement and maintaining an effective classroom environment. Assist in the recruitment and training of part-time faculty. Support administrative, logistical, and customer service functions on campus. Engage with prospective families to evaluate students' academic abilities and explain the advantages of our educational programs, thereby supporting enrollment and sales efforts. Provide guidance and support to current students and families as necessary. Help design and implement community-building activities to enhance campus culture and ensure high student retention rates.
