This position connects hardware, systems integration, and field operations, overseeing diagnostics, repairs, retrofits, and lifecycle service tasks. You will lead on-site investigations, coordinate repairs, and collaborate closely with our Application Support team and core Engineering department.You will also handle warranty claims, monitor spare parts, and implement system upgrades and retrofits. Success in this role requires hands-on operational excellence, a profound understanding of Physical AI systems, and clear communication with technical teams and operations leaders.
