WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
As we redefine collaborative work, our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team is crucial in realizing this vision, unlocking speed, value, and resilience within our technology and go-to-market ecosystem. We seek a Strategic Sourcing Manager to take charge of high-impact indirect categories, particularly focusing on SaaS and technology that supports IT, Marketing, GTM, and HR.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead negotiations, oversee competitive sourcing events, and collaborate closely with Legal, Security, and business leaders to forge best-in-class contracts that mitigate risk and optimize total cost of ownership. If you excel at the crossroads of data, negotiations, and stakeholder collaboration, this position offers a chance to create a significant impact on a large scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead contract negotiations and vendor management for SaaS and technology categories, securing advantageous commercial terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and exit strategies.
Conduct end-to-end RFX processes, supplier evaluations, and competitive bidding; recommend supplier selections based on data-driven insights.
Develop cost models and present insights that drive savings, efficiency, and outcome-oriented decisions.
Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase orders, and software licensing agreements in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams.
