Role Overview:
As the Technical Strategy Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to shape and implement our technical vision and strategic initiatives. This pivotal role merges technical acumen, program leadership, and executive oversight, allowing you to significantly influence the direction of our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CTO to define and implement strategic technical initiatives, ensuring coherence across engineering, product, and operational teams.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, converting complex engineering goals into actionable strategies.
- Lead high-priority projects from inception to completion, overseeing risks, timelines, and interdependencies.
- Craft technical briefs, analyses, and insights to aid CTO-level decision-making.
- Document outcomes from executive and technical meetings, ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Organize and prioritize the CTO's schedule, communications, and commitments with an emphasis on strategic outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, technical roadmaps, and project management systems.
- Work closely with our global Technical Program Management (TPM) team across the U. S. and Korea, adapting to different time zones for effective collaboration.
- Occasionally travel to our Korea office to engage directly with engineering leadership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Background: 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or technical operations.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conceptualization to launch, balancing multiple stakeholders.
- Effective Communication: Proficient in articulating technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and commitment to follow-up.
- Professional Integrity: High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in managing sensitive information.
