Our HR department is currently advancing the digitalization of core HR processes – from implementing modern tools to optimizing our internal workflows. We are seeking an intern (m/w/d) who is eager to actively participate in exciting HR digital projects and take on responsibilities within sub-projects, starting immediately for a duration of 6 months.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development and optimization of digital HR processes
- Supporting project management from planning to implementation
- Taking on independent work packages in ongoing projects
- Creating presentations, concepts, and communication materials
- Conducting interviews with stakeholders, project members, or focus groups
- Preparing and facilitating workshops (e.g., Design Thinking, process analyses)
