RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SHIFT LEADER:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality products to enhance guest experiences
• Assist store leadership in maintaining smooth operations during your shift by communicating vital information, ensuring production efficiency, and training team members
• Delegate and prioritize tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew
• Collaborate closely with the Cookie Crew to support daily operations
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for staff and guests while adhering to strict food safety protocols
• Manage cash handling and deposits effectively
