Role Overview: We are in search of a highly organized, technically adept, and people-oriented Lead Technical Moderator. This role entails providing operational leadership for a live device study, supporting participants, troubleshooting technical issues, and empowering the moderator team.
Based in our Ridgefield Park/Saddle Brook, New Jersey location, you will lead the moderator team in assisting field collectors. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective daily operations of moderators and driving positive outcomes across essential program metrics, including device utilization, active collectors, and daily collection throughput.
